Learning Care Group (La Petite Academy) of Louisville is hiring Teachers!
  • Qualified Infant Nursery Supervisors receive $1,000 after 90 days!
  • All other Full-Time Teachers receive $500 after 90 days!
  • Refer a friend and receive $750 after 90 days! (Ask Director for details)

As a Teacher, you’ll:
  • Create fun, interactive learning experiences while serving as a mentor to fellow Teachers.
  • Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
  • Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe environment for every child.
  • Communicate and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who have:
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • CDA or a minimum of 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field required for Lead positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation is based on Position, Education, and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
  • Assistant Teacher and Teacher- $17.00-$18.00
  • Lead Teacher or Infant Nursery Supervisor- $18.00-$22.00
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time-off, and 401K (plus company match) are provided for full-time employees
  • Limited medical offered for part-time workers
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
